PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Monumentum can develop a strategy for assembling and managing the complete project team including initial due diligence activities, design and architecture, engineering, FF&E procurement, estimating and bidding, other specialty consultants, and construction. We provide project entitlement services. Our team works closely with our clients to define preferred reporting processes and key milestones for scheduling and budgeting during the entire project lifecycle.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Monumentum can develop a construction delivery and procurement strategy along with client-driven reporting processes. We provide ongoing technical reviews and value-engineering services as well as overall management of budget, schedule, payout processes, and field supervision during construction. We coordinate project close-out activities including punch list, move-in, and ongoing warranty items.
